1. Scope of Service
Olpak oy provides professional kitchenware and equipment specifically for the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) industry. All transactions are B2B.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment terms are strictly as stated in our commercial invoices.
3. Delivery and Risk
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of products to the carrier or the customer's designated location.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
